Food as Resistance: Food as Resistance is a project that explores the African American food story and teach us how food can be part of resistance to systemic racism. The series aims to shine a light on the increased prevalence of health disparities/issues faced by the African American population and demonstrate how black culinary history and cultural foods can help decrease risk factors.
